Almond Vanilla Coffee Creamer

If you like a toasted almond coffee drink-but don’t want the alcohol-this recipe is for you! Add this to your cold or hot brewed coffee to enjoy as a warm-up drink in winter or a refreshing, cool-down drink in summer.

Ingredients

2 cups of half and half (regular or fat free)
1 Tablespoon of Mannix Almond Vanilla Extract

Optional: Mannix Ground Vanilla Beans, agave sweetener, whipped cream

Directions:  Add Mannix Almond Vanilla Extract to the half and half. If desired, stir in agave sweetener to taste. Store in airtight jar. Shake well before each use.

Suggestions: For hot brewed coffee, finish with whipped cream. For both hot and cold drinks, top off by sprinkling with our Ground Vanilla Beans. 

TIPS:

•     Store your ground vanilla beans in a salt shaker and use this to sprinkle on top of beverages or food.

•     Topping with ready-made whipped cream adds only 15 calories for 2 tablespoons.
