Homemade Buttercream Candy

Ingredients

½ stick very soft butter
1 Tablespoon Half and Half
3 Cups of confectioners sugar
5 Drops of food coloring
1 Teaspoon of Mannix Vanilla or Mannix Almond extract

Directions

Place ingredients in a 1-gallon Ziploc bag. Remove air. Knead until mixed thoroughly. Add confectioners sugar as needed until mixture does not stick to bag. Dust candy/mint mold with extra fine sugar. Drop on wax or parchment paper. Chill to set.
